Today is Purple Day, an international grassroots effort dedicated to increasing awareness about epilepsy worldwide. On March 26th annually, people in countries around the world are invited to wear purple and host events in support of epilepsy awareness.

Today on Connections we're joined by Denise Hoeppner and her son, Jonathan who was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was 16 years old. 

They'll share their personal journey with epilepsy, how their faith has kept them strong through that journey and why it's important to draw awareness to epilepsy.
