Ace Burpee’s sister said that, and he sure did take it to heart. Ace is as unapologetic and human as anyone I have ever met. He lives in Winnipeg, he’s the Morning Show GUY on Hot 103 Virgin Radio and is happy about it.  I would consider Ace a return guest because he’s been here before. He helped us wrap up Season 1 by asking Dr. Adrienne Leslie-Toogood and I about all of our past guests. But that wasn’t about him… today… it is.

Today, we asked Ace to come back as our very special guest because he himself has a great life story to tell. In fact, at this time, when so many people are talking about mental health, there couldn’t be a better time for Ace to share. Not because he has it all figured out but because he too has been on a mental health journey among other things. We just love him. Ace Burpee truly is a difference maker and a “Hero in our Midst”.
