Episodes Notes

Johanne Arsenault is a Canadian writer, mother and grandmother. She has heard much talk of anxiety, depression and suicide in young people. In her opinion, many children no longer have the tools to navigate life's given situations.

She recently released a children's book called Making Sense of Emotions. She says this book helps children gain a better understanding of how to cope with everyday life situations.

Today on Connections, Johanne will share with us why she decided to write this book and how our senses are linked with our emotions.
